POSITION OVERVIEW
- Reports to the Assistant Director of the IT PMO.
- Plays a key role in delivering software applications and infrastructure for Texass educational system.
- Leads Agile software development teams through the SDLC to ensure timely project delivery aligned with legislative and strategic priorities.
- Requires strong leadership in Agile project management preferably in the education sector.
- Oversees project staff and collaborates with diverse stakeholders.

- Develop and evaluate processes to ensure consistency.
- Manage scope and schedule changes.
- Develop project budgets and plans.

- Monitor and measure application quality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years (Required): Working with software application teams using SDLC PMLC and Agile Scrum methodology.
- 3 years (Required): Working with Power BI.
- 3 years (Required): Working with Data Lake.
