POSITION OVERVIEW
- Reports to the Assistant Director of the IT PMO.
- Plays a key role in delivering software applications and infrastructure for Texass educational system.
- Leads Agile software development teams through the SDLC to ensure timely project delivery aligned with legislative and strategic priorities.
- Requires strong leadership in Agile project management preferably in the education sector.
- Oversees project staff and collaborates with diverse stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process Consistency (20%)

- Develop and evaluate processes to ensure consistency.
- Manage scope and schedule changes.
- Develop project budgets and plans.
Deliverable Quality (20%)
- Monitor and measure application quality.
- Identify improvement measures.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreements and budget.
Stakeholder Satisfaction (20%)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Solicit feedback and build strong relationships.
Leadership (20%)
- Manage and resolve problems and issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Motivate team members to take ownership and improve efficiency.
Vision (20%)
- Articulate application and technology roadmap.
- Coordinate project initiation and planning to meet strategic commitments.

Preferred Certifications/Skills:
- Scrum Master experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- PMI Certification.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years (Required): Working with software application teams using SDLC PMLC and Agile Scrum methodology.
- 3 years (Required): Working with Power BI.
- 3 years (Required): Working with Data Lake.
