Job Description

RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT

Location: Atlanta GA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

UNIVERSITY ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Target Identification: Map and prioritize globally ranked universities (QS/THE Top
300) with international expansion strategies
Executive Access: Establish direct relationships with university leadership
(Presidents Provosts International Affairs Directors)
Strategic Positioning: Present project value proposition aligned with university
expansion objectives
Partnership Execution: Guide universities through evaluation due diligence and
agreement execution processes
Pipeline Management: Maintain active pipeline of 15-20 universities across multiple
engagement stages.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT

Geographic Coverage: Systematic approach across US UK Europe Australia and
target markets
Industry Representation: Attend international education conferences and university
forums
Network Leverage: Build relationships within education consulting and diplomatic
communities
Intelligence Gathering: Monitor university expansion activities and competitive
landscape

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: Advanced degree (MBA PhD) from an internationally recognized

institution

SPECIALIZED EXPERTISE

University Sector: Deep understanding of university governance decision-making

and strategic planning

Education Market: Knowledge of international education trends regulatory

frameworks and market dynamics

Relationship Networks: Existing relationships within global university leadership

and education sector

Cultural Competency: International business development across diverse markets

KEY COMPETENCIES

Executive Presence: Board-level presentation and negotiation capabilities

Strategic Thinking: Align project value with university strategic objectives

Persistence: Manage complex long-term relationship development cycles

Market Intelligence: Competitive analysis and industry trend assessment
