Job Description
Job Title: System Level Test Engineer
Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform system-level test and validation of Nvidia SoCs and ASICs ensuring functionality performance and reliability.

Work closely with DFT and ATE teams to develop robust test methodologies and flows.

Conduct post-silicon validation and characterization of system-on-chip designs identifying and resolving issues in silicon and test environments.
-
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python or similar scripting languages.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional design validation and product engineering teams to analyze failures and drive corrective actions.

Support hardware bring-up debug and system characterization activities in the lab.
-
Generate technical documentation test plans and reports for both internal and customer-facing deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.

Strong experience in SoC/ASIC validation system-level testing and characterization.
-
Hands-on experience with ATE platforms and DFT methodologies.

Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis.

Solid understanding of post-silicon validation flows hardware bring-up and debug.

Familiarity with oscilloscopes logic analyzers and other lab instrumentation.

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior experience with Nvidia SoCs or GPU-based architectures.

Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (PCIe USB Ethernet DisplayPort).

Exposure to machine learning or GPU computing platforms.

Familiarity with continuous integration and automation frameworks.
