Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer
Location: Lafayette Indiana
Job Description:
- Lead and support manufacturing process improvements and new capital introductions.
- Develop and optimize process planning for production operations.
- Utilize 3D Factory and Teamcenter Vis Mock Up for layout and design reviews.
- Create and maintain visual aids and documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Support virtual builds to validate assembly methods and workflow.
- Perform torque audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze production data and generate insights using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Drive cost reduction efficiency and safety improvements.
