is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in A Corua.
Position: Technical Support Advisor
Location: On-site in Galicia or Remote from mainland Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate effectively with customers providing clear and professional support.
Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (ie C1) plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian Polish Spanish or Portuguese (C1).
Education or hands-on experience in IT particularly in areas such as cloud technologies productivity software (e.g. Office suite Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server) or Windows operating systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
