Job Description
Our Client Partner a leading technology consultancy company expanding its operations in Sri Lanka is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a deep specialization in SAP products particularly SAP S/4HANA.
As the CTO you will be instrumental in shaping the technological direction of the Sri Lankan operations driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP-centric solutions for our Client Partners diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and execute the technology strategy for the Sri Lankan operations aligning with the overall business goals of our Client Partner.

SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Provide unparalleled expertise and leadership in SAP S/4HANA implementations upgrades and transformations. Ensure the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Solution Architecture & Design: Oversee the architectural design and technical integrity of SAP solutions ensuring scalability performance and security.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and grow a high-performing team of SAP professionals fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous learning.

Innovation & Digital Transformation: Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends within the SAP landscape contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of clients.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges define technical roadmaps and present compelling SAP solutions.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high standards for technical delivery ensuring the quality and successful execution of projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Country Head and other global leadership to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technological efforts.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role such as CTO VP of Technology or similar preferably within a technology consultancy or a large enterprise with significant SAP implementations.

Mandatory in-depth expertise and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong knowledge of the broader SAP product suite and a solid understanding of data strategy and digital transformation concepts.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business growth and client success.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing technical teams.

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
