Qualification: in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) with an MBA
Experience: 5 7 years in Telecom Sales preferably in the FTTH domain
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Area Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations in the South/North region. This role is ideal for a highperforming professional with a strong background in telecom sales especially within the FTTH industry. You will be responsible for strategic planning distributor development and driving regional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team across the assigned region
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Ensure distributor and channel partner engagement and satisfaction
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability targets
Regularly report to senior management with sales forecasts and updates
