Role Overview
As aRegional Sales Manager you will lead and drive revenue growth for in your assigned region. You will manage a team of sales professionals build and execute regionspecific strategies and work closely with marketing product and operations teams to scale our offerings in the region. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C/B2B sales preferably in EdTech or SaaS and thrives in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive regional sales targets and revenue growth.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of inside sales executives and business development associates.
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach the team for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate highquality leads and optimize conversion funnels.
- Drive CRM hygiene sales reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to align customer needs with offerings.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new growth opportunities and customer insights.
Qualifications
- 58 years of total experience in B2C/B2B sales with at least 2 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
- Prior experience in EdTech SaaS or a highgrowth startup is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical communication and people management skills.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce or equivalent.
- Selfstarter with a problemsolving mindset and a passion for scaling businesses.
