Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive you will be at the forefront of customer engagement handling inbound leads qualifying them and scheduling meetings with the field sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven customer-focused and eager to grow in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads qualify them based on company criteria and schedule meetings with solar consultants.
Build rapport with potential customers and address initial queries about solar solutions.
Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions.
Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes.

Qualifications:
1 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales funnels.
Energetic results-oriented and eager to learn.
