Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid-Senior / Senior Product Designer who has experience in building amazing products and is fit for a startup culture.
Your main roles and responsibilities will change as the team grows. They include:
- Growth oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- User-centric approach through research feedback and stakeholder collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
- Participate in strategic discussions and provide design insights to influence product direction and innovation.
- Welcome and actively seek out constructive feedback to refine and enhance design solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team person who is passionate about delivering the best User Experience.
Key qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe and other relevant design tools.
- Experience in B2C products (great if you have it).
- Strong understanding and appreciation of design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
