Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. This full-time position requires no prior work experience and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the real estate industry. The candidate will engage in telecalling and sales activities to promote our services and meet customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in telesales techniques demonstrating the ability to effectively engage and convert leads into customers.
- Strong inside sales skills focusing on understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to clearly convey our value proposition to potential clients.
- Ability to work independently taking initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities for customer engagement.
- Sales executive experience (Mandatory skill) with a proven record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Telecalling experience (Mandatory skill) showcasing professionalism and effectiveness in handling client interactions over the phone.
- Customer-oriented approach prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills able to address objections and close deals efficiently while maintaining company standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling activities to reach out to potential customers and promote NoBrokers range of services.
- Engage in telesales efforts converting leads into satisfied customers by offering appropriate real estate solutions.
- Identify customer needs through inside sales strategies and propose suitable services that meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.
- Address customer inquiries and provide support to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with NoBrokers service offerings and market trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
