a leading SaaS platform empowering product managers and their teams to strategize plan and execute their product visions is seeking a sharp resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

This isnt your typical SDR role. Were looking for someone with hunter instincts not just to chase leads but to analyze behavior pick up on subtle buying signals and act on them. Youll work across inbound and outbound channels identifying prospects who show real intent even if they havent asked for a demo yet but invited colleagues to a webinar or engaged multiple times on our platform.

If you thrive on sales intelligence behavior-driven outreach and love the chase this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

  • Own the top of the funnel: qualify inbound leads and supplement with smart outbound strategies when inbound volume dips.

  • Monitor user behavior and engagement to identify hidden intent signals and act fast.

  • Initiate and nurture relationships with product teams via calls emails LinkedIn and other creative channels.

  • Research target companies and roles to tailor outreach that speaks to their needs.

  • Schedule product demos and hand off high-quality leads to Account Executives.

  • Maintain clean detailed CRM records to track every touchpoint and interaction.

  • Partner with the sales team to share insights and optimize the handoff process.

  • Meet or exceed monthly pipeline goals.

Job requirements

What You Need:

  • English speaker Communication must be clear natural and compelling.

  • 2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS preferably for US & EU markets.

  • Proven ability to combine inbound responsiveness with outbound hustle.

  • Strong instincts for identifying buying signals and qualifying real opportunities.

  • Tech-savvy: experience with tools like HubSpot Salesforce Outreach Salesloft Apollo etc.

  • Comfortable working hybrid (3 days a week from our Ramant Gan office).

  • Flexibility to support US hours or Fridays if needed.

Bonus Points:

  • Native English speaker.

  • Proficiency in French German or Spanish.

  • Background in product management or a strong interest in the domain.

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
