Job Description
Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Caribbean Region (Fully Remote)

Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data preparing reports and providing actionable insights to support budgeting forecasting and investment decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of financial modeling market trends and data interpretation within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance assess risks and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Prepare regular financial reports dashboards and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals with forecasts and budgets and identify key business drivers.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and industry trends to identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Assist in preparing materials for investors board meetings and financial reviews.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in all reporting and analytics.
- Participate in special projects cost optimization studies and profitability reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven 2-3 years experience as a Financial Analyst Investment Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling tools or BI software (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial statements accounting principles and key financial ratios.
- Familiarity with the finance industry and financial products/services is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
