Header Welder
Pay:$27$30/hour
Hours:MondayFriday 6:00 AM6:00 PM (Some overtime required)
Job Type:Temp to Hire

Test Required:3G MIG and 2G Flux OR 3G TIG and 2G Flux

We are currently seeking a highly skilledHeader Welderfor a fabrication facility located in Catoosa. TheHeader Welderwill be responsible for performing high-quality welds on headers nozzles and wrapper plates in compliance with welding procedures prints and company SOPs. This role requires versatility to adapt to different welding processes as production needs change.
Responsibilities for the Header Welder:
- Read and interpret weld procedures prints and dimensions for accurate welding.
- Perform various welding techniques including TIG/Stick and TIG/Flux as required.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high-quality standards throughout projects.
- Operate overhead cranes and jib cranes safely; possess rigging knowledge for moving materials.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company safety policies.
- Assist in fitting and assembling components when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in environments with high noise levels and exposure to fumes or particles.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
