Job Description

Our client in the Telco sector is seeking a Business Analyst - Lending on a contract duration of 6 months.

The role of the Senior Specialist: Business Analyst is to:
Play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our Digital Operating Model; helping us to become a leading digital financial services company. Ensure that user requirements for the business are technically understood documented developed tested and delivered in line with user expectations within an agile environment. This role is responsible for creating and estimating business requirements user and technical stories.


  • Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
  • 3 Year Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Business Analysis.
  • 5-8 years of business analysis/systems analysis experience preferably in a highly complex development environment.
  • Agile methodology and experience preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services.
  • Experience in Supply chain preferred Lending experience preferred.
  • Complex business analysis use cases Group facilitation sessions.
  • Change control procedures Agile Methodologies Project management Business analysis methods Product development.
