Job Description

What youll do
- You will report to the Senior Manager Service Desk
- You will help with Major Incident Management support including status assessments engagement of teams whiteboard updates and communications and general incident management during major incidents.
- You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.
- You will work variety of shifts to include weekends holidays or extra shifts
- You will be part of the 2025 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months
- You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week
You will be required to work USA hours on a rotational shift basis including weekends and public holidays (At least 1 weekend per month)

- BCom Information Systems BSc Computer Science
- Good verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
