Position Overview:
Our Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for receiving reviewing coordinating all in house purchase orders for delivery confirmation expediting activity with suppliers and communicating with our customers on shipping updates. Coordinator establishes and maintains relationships with both customers and suppliers ensuring that any and all problems are addressed all three parties (customer supplier and Spirit) are working together smoothly and that delivery and quality metrics are being met. This position is familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to manage the backlog from all aspects from submission to winning and then managing ordering and delivery schedule of all purchase orders and product. This is a full-time position and requires you to be on site five-days a week in Phoenix AZ. Advanced Excel skills mandatory.
