Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce a PRN opening for a Rehab Office Coordinator to support our skilled nursing facility/senior community in Viroqua WI! Key responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients visitors and staff with a warm and professional approach
Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management
Support patient transport and therapist communication
Handle basic administrative duties including data entry documentation and supply tracking
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a smooth efficient workflow

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical health experience.
