Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage user access provisioning deprovisioning and ensure secure access management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.
Assign roles based on subprocess and department.
Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation modification and deactivation.
Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.
Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).
Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Understanding of IT security principles and access control.
Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.
Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in IAM roles.
preferred (any graduate acceptable).
