Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the test automation team providing mentorship and guidance.
• Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks using tools such as Selenium Tosca and API testing tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development product management and quality assurance to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression and performance testing using Java and Python.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation.
• Manage testing resources timelines and budgets effectively.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions for the team..
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools particularly Selenium Tosca and API testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages particularly Java and Python.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 5 years of directly-related or relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity preferably in system/software quality and testing or Computer System Validation testing.
