Location: Houston TX
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Compensation: $60000-$150000 (Base Commission DOE)

The Role
Were looking for a fearless high-energy Automotive Recruiter whos ready to go full throttle. Youll:
- Hunt down top-tier automotive technicians and advisors
- Pick up the phone and close candidates who didnt even know they were looking
- Build strong pipelines and relationships across the U.S. and Canada
- Partner with shop owners and operators to solve their #1 pain point: finding great people
- Contribute to a culture thats competitive fun and faith-driven

What Were Looking For
- A closer who thrives on the thrill of the hunt
- Strong experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
- Automotive or Blue Collar industry knowledge is a huge plus
- Confidence interviewing assessing and pitching opportunities
- Outstanding communication & relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Bullhorn)
- A track record of placements and wins youre proud of
