The Opportunity That Awaits You:
Were seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead the total software product portfolio playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of PROCEPT. You will be responsible for the entire software product lifecycle for both the HYDROS and AquaBeam Robotic systems from ideation to launch driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance the surgical experience and patient outcomes. This includes defining the product vision gathering and prioritizing customer needs collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product development and ensuring successful market adoption.

What Your Role Will Involve:
- Product Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the software portfolio aligning with PROCEPTs overall vision.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define product roadmaps and scope features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Plan manage and incorporate Voice of Customers into product strategy and planning.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
- Develop in-depth technical and clinical knowledge of Aquablation therapy urological anatomy disease states BPH procedures and associated products.
- Conduct user research and gather in-field feedback to inform product improvements.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering design and clinical teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Contribute to User Interface development by bringing in the Voice of Customer insights and oversee the development to ensure intuitive user-friendly design.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements standards and guidelines related to medical devices and surgical robotics to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Manage product releases ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers (e.g. surgeons)
- Develop comprehensive launch plans in collaboration with other commercial support teams.
- Support the development of training materials clinical documentation and educational resources for internal teams and customers.
- Support initial product launches by supporting initial cases during LMR (Limited Market Release).
- Support development and commercial efforts by participating in conferences symposiums and customer engagements to showcase product capabilities and clinical evidence.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience of software-based product management in the medical device industry or another industry with significant regulatory requirements.
- Comfort with various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- The position requires critical analytical and strategic thinking the ability to take initiative and lead change and the ability to ask the right questions to assess fundamental needs while working effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
- Familiarity with AI software development concepts cybersecurity and HIPAA.
- Familiar with connectivity concepts (ideally with prior experience) define requirements and partner with engineering to design and implement connectivity features.
- Possess knowledge of licensing and upgrading concepts (ideally with past experience) define requirements and work with engineering to build and launch these capabilities from the ground up leveraging SaaS subscription and other software business model experience where applicable.
- Experience with Jira.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to job-related skills depth of experience relevant certifications and training and specific work location. Based on the factors above Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus equity and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Well provide you training for and ask you to maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
