Job Description

Compass Group Australia will deliver essential support services at the new Footscray Hospital one of Victorias largest health infrastructure projects. We will provide vital services including patient services environmental services food security help desk and more. As a public hospital with clinical services provided by Western Health this state-of-the-art facility will play a key role in supporting the communitybe part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria.

THE POSITION

  • Lead for system testing of QFM across service lines and locations

  • Primary point of contact during commissioning training and coordinating site tours of Acute Tower on behalf of CGA.

  • Assist security and cleaning services team with coordinating workflows at the Acute Tower post technical acceptance.

  • Co-ordinate and create a cohesive plan in conjunction with service stream managers for the deliverance of all mobilizational logistical requirements.

  • Co-ordinate with external suppliers and contractors the deliverance of equipment and services

  • Assist the HR business partner with co-ordinating the resources and logistics required for successfully providing training for new and transferring staff including facilitate the mobilising of new employees to site.

  • Co-ordinate with the security team the delivery and implementation of security equipment and the successful utilisation of mobile devices across all sites.

THE PERSON

  • Must have demonstrated experience in managing large projects within a healthcare environment.

  • Experience in managing and co-ordinating complex project-based logistics.

  • Understanding of healthcare settings and expectations

  • Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (employee version) white card or willingness to obtain.

  • Demonstrated experience in liaising with stakeholders at healthcare sites

  • Good interpersonal skills andgood working understanding of Microsoft suites
