As part of your development you will have the opportunity to learn and progress with the goal of becoming a partner.
The Principal Wealth Advisor serves as a key relationship manager ensuring high client retention by meeting all service needs and developing personalized wealth planning strategies. This role involves onboarding new clients through various programs and serving as a secondary advisor when needed. The Principal Wealth Advisor leads client meetings collaborates across departments to meet client needs mentors colleagues and ensures a superior client experience. Your focus will be on growing assets under management while ensuring exceptional client outcomes and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build strong long-term client relationships. You will work with clients to analyze their current financial health help set short/long-term financial goals and design a realistic plan of action including investment policy and portfolio construction. You will proactively provide the following:
Estate planning solutions and document summaries while working with clients estate attorney
Income tax planning advice while working with the clients tax preparer
Coordination of client meetings including materials agenda and post-meeting action item follow-up
Answers to clients questions with superior service front of mind always
Financial planning using e-Money
Provide comprehensive financial advice:You will determine what level of financial plan and support is needed for each client and adjust their level of service accordingly.
Communicate:You must be a superior proactive communicator who can adjust your message and style to the needs ofour clients. You must have a disciplined approach to client follow-up.
Brand Ambassador:Enthusiastically advocate the values ethics and unique approach our company takes to personalfinancial planning.
Data Management:You must maintain all data in Salesforce and follow designated workflows and compliance procedures.
Required Credentials:
Bachelors degree
Series 65
Completion of CFP or CFA designation CPA JD CHFC or another approved advanced designation/degree
7-10 years of industry experience
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in all Wealth Planner functions plus:
Proven leader decision-maker and subject matter expert.
Independently sources new client revenue and expands upon existing client relationships.
Independently develops and communicates wealth planning strategies and manages client relationships.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with both external clients and internal collaboration.
Working knowledge of e-Money Salesforce PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook a strong plus.
Ability to listen and empathize with clients spot and analyze issues and simplify/explain financial concepts to provide solutions.
Strong attention to detail exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required.
Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
Tenacious about doing what is right for the client always.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
