DescriptionThis position will support the Third Party Connectivity efforts. Activities will include using the Connectivity automated system primarily by answering internal customer questions and request as well as external Connected Partner requests via email or phone supporting properties and learning policies and procedures as needed to efficiently and effectively respond (70%). In addition the role will assist with necessary operational facilitation of the distribution efforts (30%).
Essential functions of this position include:
- Learn the tools used for Connectivity to support the properties CES and Corporate departments and the 3rd party partners.
- Field property and partner emails to help with customer issues or troubleshoot issues in application
- Answering support emails on behalf of the company in a timely and accurate way
- Accessing internal systems to look up customer information
- Making decisions on how to handle emails
- Support with other tasks and duties assigned

- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Self starter and requires little supervision
- Team Player willing to help out in all areas of Connectivity as more demand evolves
- Strong focus on internal and external partner support with genuine interest in interacting with and helping resolve current issues

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a highly confidential environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and partners
- 3- 5 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Experience working with software applications
- Experience with email response application a plus
- Some college preferred
