As our Process Solutions Consultant you will help design and deliver technology solutions to clients. Every day you will partner with process engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions develop sustainable mechanisms to provide measurable value and provide technical guidance through engagement. To thrive in this role you must have a love of learning new technology be able to craft compelling communications to clients to influence decisions and thrive in ambiguity.
Heres what you will experience working as a Process Solutions Consultant:
You will be responsible for process mapping including translating functional requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
You will use design end user training and change management plans that drives adoption of services and gather feedback to continue to improve and provide support to clients.
You will create a product roadmap vision documents and process flowcharts after completion you will utilize your consulting experience and partner with other internal stakeholders to influence internal leaders and external clients regarding end to end solutions.
Required Skills:
Measurable experience creating implementing and delivering architecture or solution design
High Impact solution consulting or client success experience with ability to deliver strong client satisfaction as measured by NPS scores.
Ability to travel locally and throughout US 50% of time
Experience with a Healthcare Platform is highly desirable not required (EHRRCM ERP)
