Geotab is seeking a Senior Sales Incentive Manager who will lead the design implementation and administration of sales incentive plans that support Geotabs revenue goals and align with broader business strategy. As a Senior Sales Incentive Manager your key area of responsibility will be ensuring compensation plans are effectively structured accurately executed and clearly communicated across all Revenue Generation teams. You will drive continuous improvement in plan effectiveness maintain compliance and support operational excellence by partnering with cross-functional teams monitoring performance data and contributing to quota setting. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations Finance and HR.
To be successful in this role you will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate complex information across diverse teams.
