This well-established Queensland owned and operated business is considered to be a leading mid-tier contractor with a strong portfolio of current projects and pipeline for future works. Their focus is predominantly on road projects although the company boasts a number of other successful results nationally.

We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator with a Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering background managing all project-related commercial and contractual matters across a $300M TMR project. Based out towards Warwick traveling to site Monday morning and back early Friday afternoon.

Assisting the Commercial Manager working with the project team you are involved in contract management preparing and submitting progress claims managing submissions and agreement of variations risk management managing the commercial and contract aspects in full compliance with company standards and procedures.

The successful individual must have at least 5 years of similar experience in contract management in civil construction preferably civil / main roads infrastructure. Happy to consider a Senior Project / Civil Engineer with strong understanding of commercial requirements subcontracts management experience with contractual disputes negotiation solutions and client/stakeholder experience working on major projects ideally with the main contractor.
