Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. We aim to improve the oral health of all Victorians particularly vulnerable groups and those most in need. Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is funded by the State Government to provide clinical dental services to eligible Victorians. As trusted advisors in public oral health policy and program and guideline development we continue to contribute to improving oral health in our communities.
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Project and Research Officer to join our Population Health team. The Population Health portfolio is responsible for the design development implementation andevaluation of population health strategies and programs across Victoria.
Reporting to the Health Promotion Lead this position presents a valuable opportunity to create a meaningful contribution to public health by applying data-driven research to support the design delivery and evaluation of impactful oral health promotion programs across the state. Key programs include Oral Cancer Screening and Prevention ProgramSmiles 4 Miles Healthy Families Healthy Smiles and other priority projects such as the Early Years Model for Oral Health and Homelessness project.
