The Service Enablement Manager coordinates and leads processes to ensure the organizations capability in terms of product service delivery. Monitors and defines product service requirements ensuring the availability of required spare parts technical documentation and service-related processes and procedures. Ensures field and global service organizations have up-to-date product and process information. Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure mutual understanding of service requirements and ongoing alignment / cooperation. Monitors processes and spare part utilization to identify cost savings and other efficiency improvements.



Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assigned aspects of the product lifecycle from the service organizations point of view.
  • Executes the introduction of products into the global service organization and development of associated economic / business impact.
  • Defines analyzes and evaluates product service requirements.
  • Implements spare parts strategies and ensures appropriate application across field replaceable units base level parts and repair depot-only small parts.
  • Contributes to the review and validation of product related service data.
  • Collaborates with technical / product / service departments to review / ensure adherence with process descriptions sector-specific work instructions and procedural instructions.
  • Monitors service benchmarks (that is frequency of disruptions) develops reports and statistics to assist with evaluation of product specifications.
  • Assists with review and improvement of technical documentation including service manuals.
  • Creates and distributes solution-oriented problem reports.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Enablement Management.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Willing to work on site in N. Canton Ohio 4 days a week and 1 day at home
