The Service Enablement Manager coordinates and leads processes to ensure the organizations capability in terms of product service delivery. Monitors and defines product service requirements ensuring the availability of required spare parts technical documentation and service-related processes and procedures. Ensures field and global service organizations have up-to-date product and process information. Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure mutual understanding of service requirements and ongoing alignment / cooperation. Monitors processes and spare part utilization to identify cost savings and other efficiency improvements.
