Job Opportunity: Permanent Physician - OB/GYN in Mason City IA
Join an established practice at a leading healthcare facility that offers a supportive environment and exceptional resources. Located in Mason City Iowa this full-time position is ideal for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician eager to become a valued member of a dedicated team within a newly remodeled clinic. Youll be situated on the main campus with immediate access to labor & delivery lab pharmacy and Radiology services along with an on-site Level II Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy practice with instant patient volume.
- Collaborate with a team of four OBGYNs and one ARNP.
- Participate in approximately five days of call per month.
- Utilize operating room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN surgeons including robotic availability.
- Consult with in-house specialists in various fields to enhance patient care.
- Practice in a supportive atmosphere where your skills are appreciated and respected.
- Promote community health initiatives and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) in OB/GYN.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and collaborative practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
License and Certification Requirements:
- IA license or IMLC (or willingness to obtain).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility required.
