About the Role:

Join Our Team as a Childcare Cook! Permanent Part Time Position at our Bexley Centre.

Hours: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday

In this role you will be responsible for preparing delicious and healthy meals for children in our care based on a carefully crafted rotational menu. Your culinary skills will help provide balanced nutrition contributing to the wellbeing and development of our little ones.

What we are looking for:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality and/or Food Safety supervisor level.
Food Safety Supervisor (Level 1 & 2)
Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a nutritional and aesthetic seasonal menu/meal in an Early Childhood setting.
Demonstrate strong understanding of allergens and the Food safety guidelines.
Ability to create and maintain a friendly secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering a positive work relationship with your team families and children.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Holds a valid
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
