REPORTS TO: Program Coordinator
Job or Position Summary:
NCRF is currently seeking talented and inspiring individuals to join our supervisor team to oversee and support our schools and district partners within Pomona Unified School District. The Site Support Specialist will enhance student access to academic support services ensure their team is properly supported and maintain strong communication with the Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Maintain strong communication with their respective team and promptly reply to emails or messages. Relay information effectively to students staff and parents
Program Evaluation: Evaluate program outcomes analyze effectiveness and report findings to management with proposed solutions to meet student needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with NCRF departments and district partners.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite managing digital files and other programs used by the organization.
Meetings and Training: Attend team meetings mandatory training conferences seminars and/or workshops set by the organization or partners.
Professional Standards: Practice ethical and professional standards including maintaining confidentiality regarding student and personnel information. Understand and provide strong customer service skills.
Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality consistent reliable attendance and compliance with all NCRF and district policies and procedures.
School Operations: Possess knowledge of school operations/procedures and establish The Movement Enrichment Program as a resource for students families and school personnel.
Site-Specific Responsibilities: Fulfill job responsibilities specific to each site.
Training and Updates: Train team members and keep staff updated on new material.
Team Meetings: Host weekly team meetings with team members.
Student Support: Evaluate student goals manage advanced placement credit recovery online coursework daily instruction mentoring (Caseload Support) and other support as needed.
Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively to team members.
Project Management: Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Event Participation: Organize and/or participate in after-hours events such as senior activities financial aid sessions college and career planning events senior awards curriculum nights and parent nights and any other support as needed.
Data Collection: Collect input and analyze data to gauge student success and submit monthly reports to the data team.
Logistics: Ensure reliable transportation internet and computer access.
HR and Admin Duties: Enforce company policies procedures and disciplinary action as needed.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience preferably in a related field.
Education: Degree holders or those working towards a degree are preferred.
Mobility: Frequently required to sit lift carry move about hear and speak.
Computer Work: Extensive work at a computer display terminal.
Lifting: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 to 50 pounds.
