The role covers Facilities Management and Transport Management ensuring that buildings assets and vehicles are well maintained cost-effective and supportive of business objectives and staff well-being.
Key objectives include:
Providing a secure and safe working environment for staff and vendors.
Keeping properties and facilities operating smoothly within budget.
Managing the sourcing and supervision of contractors for facilities-related works.
Overseeing all company transport operations to ensure vehicles are fit for purpose well-maintained and compliant with legal and safety requirements.
Provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and external customers.
Ensure all buildings and related facilities are managed within a set budget.
Oversee the procurement management and supervision of fleet operations within the business.
Ensure proper asset management of all company properties and equipment.
Monitor and ensure vehicle compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a structured approach to the servicing repair and roadworthiness of all vehicles.
Schedule and monitor daily vehicle movements.
Track and manage fuel usage driver performance and transportation costs.
