Job Title:
Supply Chain Risk & Analytics Internship - Summer 2026Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis IN for a Supply Chain Risk & Analytics Intern supporting our Supply Chain Risk team. This internship is for the duration of Summer 2026 with a full-time (40hrs/week) schedule.
Responsibilities:
Experience the critical interfaces of Procurement with the other vital functions in the business enterprise.
Participate in the challenging and dynamic aspects of interactions with a large global industrial based supply base.
Apply critical thinking skills applied to prioritized projects and programs.
Experience first-hand the opportunity to perform reviews of the Allison supply chain base and assign metrics of financial viability which will be reviewed with Allison leadership.
Monitor price and market development for the relevant raw materials and commodities and glean market information to assist with annual budget process.
Complete challenging and meaningful projects in a face paced environment.
Function as a critical liaison between manufacturing team the supply base and the companys internal organization
Analyze prepare and report on business-critical information to the broader Procurement team
Assess supply chain risk. Assess the severity of these risks and offer processes to mitigate these risks.

Qualifications:
Student with 1-3 years of undergraduate experience following a degree program in Finance or Accounting.
Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Intern must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
