The Role:
In this critical customer-facing role you will drive the configuration and optimization of our SaaS platform with both speed and precision ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making. As a key member of an Agile team you will iteratively refine system configurations quickly adapting to feedback and evolving customer needs. Leveraging a consultative approach you will apply Agile principles enterprise SaaS configuration techniques and best-practice rollout strategies to ensure seamless implementation.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment enjoys solving complex problems through data-backed strategies and values transparency and addition to supporting our growing customer base you will work closely with the Director of Configuration to enhance and refine our configuration processes for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Work within an Agile framework to iteratively configure and deploy SaaS solutions
- Engage in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement
- Rapidly translate customer needs into configurable solutions that align with best practice
- Partner with police and government agencies to understand their workflows and operational needs
- Analyze and model business processes using BPMN to document and optimize workflows
- Document and communicate configuration changes effectively across teams
- Own customer escalations and complex technical problem resolution
- Create user guides and training materials for configured solutions
- Participate in customer training sessions and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with Product team on feature requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management product and support teams to refine implementation processes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations system settings and best practices
- Identify analyze and resolve configuration-related issues in an Agile iterative manner
- Ensure compliance with security data integrity and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical leadership to configuration team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the configuration practice
Job Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of BPMN and ability to model business processes effectively
- Stong customer service orientation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in data standardization data mapping and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and iterative implementation processes
- Experience working with government agencies or law enforcement (preferred)
- Independent enjoys taking on new challenges and running with them
- Likes working in a collaborative fast-paced environment
- Proficient in JIRA Confluence & BMPN
- Bachelors degree preferred; Masters degree is a plus
- 5 years of relevant technology/software implementation
- 3 years in a SaaS environment preferably with Enterprise customers
- Able to travel 25% for customer meetings

Estimated Annual Salary Range for this Role:
- $95k-$130k based on experience and location
