- Lead construction & restoration projects from start to finish scope budget and timelines.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors subs and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Ensure compliance with California building codes OSHA and safety regulations.
- Monitor costs source materials and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure excellence in every detail.
- Represent SERVPRO with professionalism integrity and urgency.
- 3 years of proven project management experience in construction or restoration.
- Strong customer service & communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of California building codes labor laws and OSHA standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus.
- Problem-solver who can make confident decisions under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with project management software and documentation.
- Restoration industry experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs safely.
- Balance and agility to climb ladders work on uneven surfaces and at ceiling heights.
- Endurance for varied weather conditions .
- Ability to kneel stoop crouch and use small tools/power tools safely.
