Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time Partially Remote)
Location: Charlotte NC (Remote with In-Person Requirements)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Organizations Supported: P3 Partners (DSO) and Greater Charlotte Oral & Facial Surgery
Position Summary
P3 Partners and Greater Charlotte Oral & Facial Surgery are seeking a creative driven and organized
Part-Time Marketing Coordinator based in the Charlotte NC area. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule
with the opportunity to work remotely while being available for in-person needs such as social media content
capture local events and referral outreach initiatives.
This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in social media marketing who thrives in both
strategic planning and hands-on execution. The coordinator will support brand awareness patient acquisition
and referral network engagement across our growing oral surgery practice and dental support organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (40%)
- Develop and implement organic social media strategies for multiple brand accounts across platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok etc.)
- Create schedule and publish compelling content including graphics videos and reels
- Capture in-office and event content (photo/video) as needed
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in alignment with brand voice
- Track analytics and create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Referral Marketing & Community Engagement (30%)
- Coordinate with referral dental practices to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Plan and support referral-facing events sponsorships and appreciation campaigns
- Deliver marketing materials and manage outreach communications
- Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate contact and engagement records
General Marketing Support (30%)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Assist in managing promotional items print collateral and patient-facing campaigns
- Support email campaigns digital advertising efforts and website content updates
- Participate in planning meetings reporting sessions and ongoing creative initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on social media management
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva Meta Business Suite Google Workspace and social media scheduling
platforms
- Strong writing design and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare dental or medical marketing
- Basic photography/videography skills and comfort capturing live content
- Familiarity with CRM tools or referral relationship platforms (e.g. HubSpot SmileSnap)
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Hybrid: Majority remote with required in-person work in Charlotte NC for content capture team meetings
referral events and community engagements
- Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (20-30 hrs/week); some evening/weekend availability for events
- Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop reliable internet and transportation for in-person tasks
Compensation:
