Our students are gifted and/or twice-exceptional meaning they process information differently. The standard school model often doesnt work well for them. FlexSchool removes the roadblocks to learning and offers individualized support so our students can succeed.

DESCRIPTION
FlexSchool is seeking an experienced Elementary School Teacher preferably with expertise in special education particularly working with the twice-exceptional (2e) population. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing the academic social and emotional development of gifted and 2e elementary students in a supportive and inclusive classroom setting.
Responsibilities
Deliver an engaging and differentiated curriculum tailored to the individual needs of gifted and 2e students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic excellence creativity and social-emotional growth.
Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Foster a culture of respect empathy and acceptance where all students feel valued and supported.
The salary range for this position is $50000-$65000.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Preferences:
Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in elementary education with a focus on special education and/or gifted education.
Experience working with twice-exceptional (2e) students
Strong understanding of best practices in special education and differentiated instruction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues parents and specialists.
Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
