Job Description
- Technical skills. Detailed knowledge of Print Specifications (Offset and Digital) knowledge of Paper Specifications (Including Paper sourcing print and finishing characteristics) knowledge of Print/Bindery Manufacturing processes to assess labor cycle times for estimating purposes knowledge of spreadsheets cost accounting and complex job costing
- Attention to detail.Self-directed with high attention to to manage multiple projects
- Great communication skills.Excellent analytical verbal and written communication focus and a team player
- Soft skills.Highest degree of integrity professionalism and diplomacy.
- Experience.3 or more years of prior experience in Commercial Loader and/or Estimator role.
- Education.Equivalent combination of education and experience to a 4-year degree in Business Marketing or equivalent experience
- Support:Bridge the gap between sales engineering procurement and operations ensuring that projects are both competitively priced and realistically planned.
- Prepare: Compose accurate cost estimates developing detailed project execution plans and coordinating resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Plan: Ensure that manufacturing projects are planned and executed with optimal efficiency and financial control.
