Night Reablement Worker
Greenmill Gardens Seacroft Leeds
Permanent Part time (28.5 hpw)
Earn 12.60 per hour (24638 p.a. - pro rata)

Typical day as a Reablement Worker
- Working closely with the care team to follow support plans reporting concerns.
- Help customers regain or maintain independence to live well in their own home by carrying out every day daily living activities themselves.
- Carrying our risk assessments support planning goal setting and regular reviews.
- Supporting customers who have more complex needs with personal care including bathing toileting and getting dressed.
- Supporting our customers in their own apartment who have a range of support needs including frailty and dementia.

You bring
- A level 2 or above or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
- Care Certificate or willing to complete within the first 12 weeks of employment
- If youve worked in a CQC care setting previously that would be great!
- Have a positive caring can-do attitude and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives.
- Previous experience of working with support plans recording and using information concisely and effectively.
- Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.
We cant sponsor you due to certificate limits. We review this regularly.
Job details
- We provide 24-hour support.
- Night shifts with some lone working plus regular team meetings and training.
- Core shifts are Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Occasionally our customers needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible we will always try to reciprocate
- Confident using technology for plans online learning and teamwork
- Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
