Job Description

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL WORK IN THE ARLINGTON VA OFFICE (TUESDAYS WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS)

Hiring range: $70000 - $80000

SUMMARY

The Senior IT Program Analyst is a core member of the day-to-day IT program operations team facilitating cohesiveness transparency and efficiency of the IT organization. The Senior IT Program Analyst is responsible for providing support to the CIO and IT department. This position requires an individual who is extremely well organized and adept at communicating both verbally and in writing with stakeholders across NACD and external parties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the CIO in tracking business and technical deliverables and keeping the project plan up to date.
Assist with the creation and consolidation of PowerPoint presentations for CIO and IT team.
Build relationships and partner with IT and other NACD departments.
Work with CIO and IT team to manage and track actual and forecasted spend for each project assigned.
Execute change management and performance improvement activities which may include creation and management of surveys.
Design and manage the IT performance dashboard metric collection and reporting processes.
Perform administrative functions to effectively support the CIO and IT team.
Calendar and plan logistics for IT meetings.
Work with IT Team to implement resources and ensure all purchases are planned invoiced and assigned the correct project financial codes.
Demonstrate on-going learning of tools processes and project management skills.
Compile and publish IT newsletter.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelors degree and a minimum of three years of experience in an IT business environment (or equivalent experience) is required. Must be efficient and effective in problem-solving and task prioritization to independently resolve operational issues to meet obligations. Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Must have excellent communication skills and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Ability to work independently and foster a team relationship.

The salary/hourly range for this position is$70000-$80000 plus bonus potential. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certificationsetc.
