$40313 - $45741 Annually
based upon experience and qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address technical support issues throughout the district including use of the help desk system and thorough communication with all end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues dealing with voice video data email and Microsoft Teams
- Install upgrade repair and maintain computer software hardware and peripherals (desktops laptops iPads printers projectors SMART panels audio enhancement systems etc.)
- Install voice video and data cabling
- Maintain an accurate inventory of district-owned software and hardware
- Research and implement solutions for technology issues
- Communicate and work in a team environment
- Responsible to maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned by administration
EDUCATION and /or EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree preferred Bachelors degree desired
- Previous work experience in a school district desired
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Experience with installing maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Apple iOS
- Experience imaging and maintaining computers and devices at scale and a rapid pace
- Knowledge of TCP/IP DNS DHCP vlans and the ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Ability to maintain Extreme network switch and access point configurations
- Ability to maintain Palo Alto firewalls and uphold security best practices
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot Mitel voice-over-IP phone system and hardware
- Microsoft Active Directory/Server 2019 experience including SCCM Group Policy and WSUS
- Experience with VM Ware vand Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization
- Experience with managing Microsoft Office 365 enterprise applications both hybrid and in the cloud
- PowerShell coding experience desired
- Have a high level of personal integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
- Evidence of high standards of ethics honesty and integrity in personal and professional matters
- Effective communication problem-solving multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Self-directed self-motivated and ability to work with interruptions
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. service ceiling mounted devices carry heavy objects kneel stand squat and sit as needed

ABOUT OUR DISTRICT:
- Warren Woods Public Schools are located in southeast Michigans Macomb County. The school district covers five square miles in the eastern part of Warren Michigans third largest city.
