Effective January 1 2025 and in accordance with California Education Code Section 44939.5 all applicants for certificated positions must disclose a complete list of all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) where they have been previously employed including full-time part-time or substitute roles. LEAs include school districts county offices of education charter schools and state special schools. Failure to provide this information may be considered an act of dishonesty and could affect hiring decisions.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time School Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in counseling practices and a passion for supporting students academic social-emotional and personal this role you will work collaboratively with staff families and community resources to help students navigate challenges set goals and build the skills needed for success in school and beyond.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Possession of a valid California Pupil Personnel Services credentialin School Counseling.
AND
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and completion of fifth year college or university teaching credential program.
- Masters degree preferred.

- Letter of Introduction (Must be current and relative to the position you are applying to)
- Recommendation Letters (Three current letters dated within the last two years)
$74578 to $107706 (To start yearly based on full-time assignment. Part-time assignments will be prorated)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Candidates with two or more years of full-time K-12 public school experience start on step 3. (This is the maximum starting step)
