Pay Range:

This is a full-time exempt role based in Seattle WA. AFE offers competitive compensation a hybrid workplace with flexibility and generous benefits. Our hiring range is $196241-$269832 Annually Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential of up to $25000 based on achieving Board determined milestones.

AFE is affiliated with the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce; staff members of Alliance for Education are officially employees of the Chamber and participate in Chamber benefit plans.
