About the Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Delivery Lead at Essity you will drive the successful delivery of strategic digital initiatives across multiple agile teams. Youll act as a key connector between business and IT ensuring that our digital products deliver real value and align with long-term business goals.

What you will do

• Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional product teams ensuring timely in-budgetand high-quality delivery ofstrategic digital initiativesaligned with business objectives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for business and IT stakeholders translating needs into actionable delivery plans and skilled at complex stakeholder management and building relationship with influential stakeholders ensuring proactive management of expectations and communication.

• Strategic Planning: Facilitate PI planning agile ceremonies and workshops to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

• Technical Oversight: Collaborate with Solution Architects Tech Leads and Development Teamsto evaluate technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

• Financial & Resource Management: Oversee budgets hosting and licensing costs and resource allocation across delivery teams.

• Risk management:Expert at proactively anticipating and managing risks issues and interdependencies. Removes barriers. Suggests and implements preventive measures.

Who you are

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

• 15years of experience in digital delivery or IT project management ideally within CPG manufacturing or healthcare sectors.

• 10 years of experience in the Digital Marketing domain building and maintaining Websites and Apps

• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and technical project leadership across multiple experience in project management methodologies & tools and ability to adapt and improvise

• Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Ability to Coach teams and drivea strategic delivery culture
