Staff Nurse 20 per hour Day Shifts 33 Hours per week Dementia & Nursing Care Good CQC
Our client a well-respected and friendly nursing home with a Good CQC rating is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse (Days) to join their growing team. The service provides high-quality nursing and dementia care in a warm welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity compassion and respect.
What Were Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
- Solid clinical skills including catheter management wound care and medication handling
- Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care environment (desirable but not essential)
- A calm compassionate approach with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Someone who is comfortable working autonomously during day shifts and making confident clinical decisions

What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering person-centred nursing care to residents with a range of complex health needs including dementia
- Carrying out and overseeing clinical procedures such as catheter care wound dressing and medication administration
- Working collaboratively with care staff to ensure continuity of care throughout the day
- Monitoring residents conditions and responding swiftly to any changes
- Ensuring accurate documentation in line with regulatory and company standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff where needed
