About the role

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of governance within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation As aCorporate Governance Officer (Boards and Committees) youll be at the centre of high-impact decision-making working closely with our Executive Team Board Members and the CEO to ensure our governance processes are not only robust but transformative.

In this role youll:

• Drive excellenceacross the Groups Boards and Committees by delivering high-quality governance support.
• Facilitate strategic impactby preparing and scrutinising board papers and packs aligning them with corporate goals and strategic priorities.
• Champion collaborationby building strong relationships across the business from Executive Assistants to Senior Leadership ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
• Lead with insightby supporting culture change and helping embed governance into the heart of our operations.
• Stay agilewith a flexible working approach including willingness to travel.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is 39360 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

About you

• Proven experience in corporate governance or company secretarial roles.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in managing meetings taking minutes and preparing governance reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and governance software such as Diligent Boards

A call with the hiring manager. Youll learn more about the role and team and well get to know you your experience goals and what you bring.
Planned date: 8th September via Teams.

Stage 2: A Place to Show Your Strengths
A role related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real-life situations. Youll be asked to complete a Congruity Questionnaire in advance.
Planned date: 19th September at our Bradford office.
