- Collaborate with Skillfield team of SMEs: Define and develop the best fit tech solutions
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Market Insights: Share feedback from client conversations to help refine messaging offerings and outreach strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development to enhance your understanding of our services and improve sales techniques.
What Youll Bring
- Experience in a sales customer service or client-facing roleideally within a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build trust and convey value clearly.
- A proactive mindset and comfort with outbound outreach and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
