CENTER DIRECTOR/EDUCATIONAL ENROLLMENT

We are currently seeking a Center Director to work with our team of Directors and skilled educators who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences supporting education and driving revenue. At Sylvan Learning we believe in creating an environment where every child can succeed.
As a Center Director you will play a crucial role in bringing this vision to life. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in yourcommunity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Consistently maintain theKPI expectations of the system in sales.
Be the friendly face of Sylvan providing top-notch customer service that ensures all calls and walk-ins are answered promptly during business hours.
Assesses and observes students discusses results and observations with parents and sets goals that accompany a plan for success.
Meet with parents to discuss enrollment options & opportunities as well as ongoing support.
Work closely with the Director of Student Advancement and Director of Operations to ensure our instruction is top-notch.
Be the expert at keeping our customers engaged and enrolled by directing the sales and service process throughout the customerlifecycle.
Help our customers find the best payment options for their needs and make sure the application and closing process is smooth and stress-free.
Use community engagement initiatives to drive enrollments and promote Sylvan.
Build strong relationships with teachers educational specialists and other key players in the education world to help us make a difference in the lives of our students.
Get out into the community to establish rapport and spread the word about Sylvan.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Can define your win - we need someone that is hungry and no we dont mean for pizza!
Multitask like it is going out of style- we do work with kids after all! Have a memory like Rain Man.
Know how to control and manage your time-Ferris Bueller should not be your role model.
Must love working with people and find kids fun! - Need we say more
Can handle a group text- Communication is key! Youre a leader who pulls not pushes.
